1. Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Home deliveries are made within up to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Self-pickup (free of charge) is available from the workshop by prior arrangement.
  • Olo Design is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure, strikes, or events beyond its control.

2. Return and Cancellation Policy

  • The customer may cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
  • Cancellation is possible within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided it is returned in its original packaging, intact, without any defect, and has not been used.
  • In the event of a cancellation not due to a defect, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be charged, as required by law.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

3. Privacy and Information Security Policy

  • The website operates in a secure environment. Payment and credit card details are never saved on our servers. They are transmitted directly and encrypted to a clearing company that complies with the strict PCI-DSS security standard.
  • Personal details entered on the site (name, address, phone, email) are used solely for processing and delivering the order, and contacting the customer. We commit not to share these details with any third party without explicit permission.
